Patient Portal
East Texas Community Health Services provides its patients with the ability to communicate with us via a secure patient portal. A username and password is required to login; if you do not have a username please provide the business office staff with your email address. When your email address is adding to your registration record, you will receive an electronic invitation to login.
Do not use the patient portal or email to communicate if there is an emergency or urgent need for communication. Instead, call 911 or call our office (936) 560-5668 immediately.
Guidelines for Use of Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is only for the limited purposes of:
- Viewing and updating your demographic information such as addresses, phone numbers
- Updating Pharmacy information
- Sending questions concerning your account
- Viewing visit, prescription, and medical information related to your account
